Meet Your Guide:

Lucinda is a Certified Sound Healer and RYT-500 Yoga Teacher devoted to creating sacred spaces for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Known for her compassionate presence and grounded teaching style, Lucinda guides everyone with mindfulness and intention, meeting them where they are on their unique path. Through the vibrations of sound, mindful movement, breath, and meditation, she guides others toward deeper connection with themselves and the present moment. Her work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep commitment to supporting the well-being of others.

What to Bring:

Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported during the session:

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket
  • Pillow
  • Cozy socks
  • Eye pillow or eye mask (optional)
  • Water
  • Journal (optional for reflection afterward)
  • Bolster or cushion to support your knees (optional)

Your body temperature naturally cools as you relax, so we highly recommend bringing a warm blanket and cozy socks.

What to Expect:

During the sound bath, you’ll simply lie comfortably on your mat with your eyes closed while healing sounds and vibrations fill the room. There is nothing you need to do except relax and receive.

To help you get the most from your experience:

  • Arrive with an open mind and an open heart.
  • Take a few moments to set an intention or choose a personal affirmation before the session begins.
  • Allow your attention to gently follow the sounds and notice how the vibrations move through your body.
  • If your thoughts begin to wander, simply return your focus to the sound.
  • Release expectations. It’s completely normal to fall asleep, feel emotional, experience tingling sensations, or simply enjoy deep relaxation. Every experience is unique.

This is your time to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

Important Information:

While sound baths are generally considered safe, they may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you:

  • Have epilepsy or a history of sound-induced seizures.
  • Have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device.
  • Are pregnant (particularly during the first trimester).
  • Are experiencing severe unmanaged mental health conditions or acute trauma.
