About Our Candle Making Classes
Our Crystal Candle Making Classes are made for anyone who loves to DIY. Lex has spent over 7 years studying, researching, sourcing, measuring, mixing and testing. She’s figured out the science of perfecting the candles she makes for her small business, Vibes Candles. Although she cannot go into depth and break down the entirety of candle making, she will guide you through the steps she has mastered to make and take home your very own Vibes Candles.
We think that the best part about our crystal candle making classes is that you get to experience the magic Lex did when she made her very first Crystal Candle. Our favorite part is that you get to top your candle with real crystals that you can set your intentions to so that when you burn your candle you release all the good Vibes and energy they withhold. You can also add in mica, eco glitter or even write your manifestations on the candle vessel too. Create your own magic!
Our Setup
Each attendee has their own place setting which is beautifully curated with everything you need to create your very own Vibes Candles™. Including a personalized place card, a keepsake crystal information card that tells you all about the crystal candle you are making on one side and wooden wick candle care tips on the other. Here's where the magic happens, we supply you with eco-glitter, real crystals and crystal chips to top off your candle. Set your intentions to the crystals before you place them into your candle so that when you burn your candle you release all the good vibes and energy they withhold. Lastly we include a keepsake glass jar with cork top to collect your crystals in. After you are done burning your candle through completion you can clean off your crystals with warm water and soap and collect them in the glass jar we give you. You can even top your house plants with them, set them on your windowsill or even carry them around with you for that extra good Vibes feeling.

Make & Take Home Same Day
Our classes also include a drawstring pouch to take your finished Vibes Candles home in along with a box of matches. It’s lit! If you don't feel comfortable taking your crystal candle home same day/night you can leave it with us and you can pickup next day. We also offer a $10.00 flat rate shipping fee if you would like us to ship your candle to you.

Do we offer Private Candle Making Classes?
Yes we do. We would love to host your private crystal candle making class in-store. Use our inquiry form to schedule your private class and we will close the store just for you.
Our Crystal Candle Making Classes are perfect for low key bachelorette/bachelor parties, team building, birthdays, special occasions, couples date night and more. Come for the candles, stay for the Vibes.
We shut down our storefront just for you!: We close our storefront especially for your private crystal candle making class so that you can enjoy your time without interruptions. We ask that there be a minimum of 8 people per private crystal candle making class. There is a maximum of 20 people that we can fit per class.
21+ BYOB: Feel free to byob. Please note that we do not supply beverages, cups, etc.
Food: We do not allow food in our space, please eat before or after our class. We have some amazing restaurants in walking distance from out storefront.
Wemmy's Kitchen & Lounge, Welly's Restaurant, Zarape, Chins Garden.
Payment: We charge $60.00 per person. Final payment must be paid in full 1 week prior to your scheduled class date. We will send one invoice to the person booking the class.
Headcount: Final headcount must be made 1 week prior to your scheduled class date.
*At this time changes cannot be made as we start to prep and order supplies for your private crystal candle making class.
Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the 2 hours that we close our doors to the public, the prep time required, and supplies that are ordered prior to your private crystal candle making class we do not accept cancellations or refunds. We also do not accept or refund those who decide to not show up for your scheduled private crystal candle making class.
By booking a private crystal candle making class, you agree to our private crystal candle making class terms.

Who are our classes for?
Unless otherwise indicated, candle making classes at Vibes Candles are designed for adults ages 18 and older. Because our candle classes are BYOB, involve high temperatures, and are intended for adults, we aim to create an adult friendly atmosphere.
Cancelations / Refunds
Due to the prep time required we do not offer same day refunds. If you contact us 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled class we can refund you in full or you are welcome to transfer your class to another day. E-mail us at hello@vibescandles.com so that we can help.
Punctuality
Please be aware that our classes start promptly at the designated time. We understand that things happen, however please note that we cannot wait as we have classes scheduled throughout the day/night. We thank you for understanding.
Parking
We have plenty of parking on Marlborough Main Street. If you cannot find on-street parking, there are two parking lots next to our storefront building. There is also a garage across the street on Weed Street. You can also park in the Chins Restaurant parking lot. Parking is FREE!
