Monday Ritual // Cleanse Your Space
Posted on By Alexis
Every Monday it is a ritual of mine to Cleanse My Space before I start the work day.
Cleansing your space clears the energy in your space and restores tranquility. It also helps to boost your mood, and creativity in whatever you do. I've created a "Good Vibes Bundle" for you which includes one White Sage Stick, one Palo Santo Stick, one Selenite Wand, a box of Matches and an instruction card to guide you along the way.
Strike a match and light one end of the White Sage stick or Palo Santo stick. Do not let it come to a flame. The tips of the leaves or stick should smolder slowly, releasing thick smoke. You can carefully wave a feather or your hand near the smoldering stick to direct this smoke around your body and space. Allow the incense to linger on the areas of your body or surroundings you'd like to focus on. Allow the ash to collect in a ceramic bowl or abalone shell.
You can also light and burn Sage to improve odor, fragrance, and mood.
Simply set your White Sage stick or Palo Santo stick in a fireproof bowl or abalone shell and allow it to smoke for a while. Cleansing and purifying your space. Riding of any lingering negative energy.
It's that simple. Do what feels best for your situation and follow your intuition.
WHITE SAGE: Burning White Sage purifies the air in your space. Sage is thought to have antimicrobial properties that help kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
PALO SANTO: One of the most fragrant woods in the world. It's sweet scent of pine, mint and lemon has been around for centuries. When the wood is burned it is believed to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm.
SELENITE WAND: Selenite is used for energetic cleansing. Can also be used to cleanse your crystals. A high vibrational stone raising the energy of the environment in which it resides.Shop our Palo Santo + Sage Collection
